Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication
  • Delays caused by missing content or assets
  • Services already delivered
  • Third-party software, plugins, licenses, hosting, or domain purchases

Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time.

If work has already begun, ASP Website reserves the right to deduct costs associated with:

  • Consultation and planning
  • Design work completed
  • Development work completed
  • Administrative and project management efforts

Any remaining eligible balance may be refunded at our discretion.


Revision Requests

Refunds will not be issued due to design preferences when revision opportunities included within the purchased package remain available.

We encourage clients to utilize the revision process to achieve the desired outcome.


Digital Deliverables

Once digital files, source files, website access credentials, or completed deliverables have been provided, the service is considered fulfilled and becomes non-refundable.


Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact ASP Website directly regarding billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and efficiently whenever possible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
